The short version

We collect only what you choose to send us through our forms, we use it only to respond to you and run our programs, we don't sell it, and we use no invasive tracking. We never publish information about the people we serve or the addresses of our homes.

Information we collect

When you submit a form on this site (Contact, Refer a Veteran, or Volunteer Interest), we receive the information you enter — such as your name, email, phone number, organization, and message. Our forms are processed by Netlify Forms; submissions are stored in our Netlify account and emailed to our team.

Our referral form is designed so that case managers submit a veteran's initials only. Please do not submit client personal identifying information (PII) through this website.

How we use it

• To respond to your message, referral, or interest.
• To coordinate donations, volunteering, and partnerships.
• To run and improve our housing programs.

We do not sell or rent your information.

Analytics & tracking

We do not use invasive advertising trackers or third-party advertising cookies, and we do not sell your data. If we add privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics in the future to understand general site traffic, we'll describe it here.

Resident privacy

Protecting the people we serve is a core commitment. We never publish resident names, stories, images, or any identifying information without explicit, informed consent, and we never publish the street address of any residence.

Third-party services

This site is hosted on Netlify, and donations are processed by Zeffy, our third-party giving platform (see zeffy.com). These providers handle your information under their own privacy policies.

Your choices

You may ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us. We'll respond as promptly as we can.
