Where we're headed
One chassis, many doors
Homely runs one proven model — a safe, structured home with case management and a path to permanence — and opens it to the Arizonans who need it most. Here is the order we intend to build in, and what has to be true first.
Prove it once. Repeat it with discipline.
Our Glendale veterans home comes first — its success funds and proves what follows. Each new program reuses the same operating model, so we grow from evidence, not optimism. We would rather run one home exceptionally well than open four we can't sustain.
The programs below are our vision and roadmap. Only our veterans housing is operating and accepting referral partnerships today.
Veterans Housing
The need. Too many veterans in the Phoenix metro cycle between the street, couches, and emergency stays. What's missing is stable, structured housing long enough to rebuild income and secure a permanent home.
Our model. A shared transitional home in Glendale for 6–10 residents veterans with disabilities, with case management, Individual Housing Plans, and connection to VA and community services.
Status. This is our flagship — opening Fall 2026 and building referral partnerships now.
Safe Harbor — housing for survivors of domestic violence
The need. Survivors of domestic violence often face an impossible choice between danger and homelessness. Safe, confidential transitional housing can be the difference between leaving for good and being forced back.
Our model. A confidential transitional home where survivors find stability, case management, and connection to community and legal resources while they plan their next chapter — with privacy and safety designed in from the start.
What must happen first. This program requires specialized safety protocols, confidential siting, trained partners, and dedicated funding. Our Glendale veterans home comes first — its success funds and proves what follows. We're seeking partners and funders to help build Safe Harbor the right way.
Launch Pad — young adults with disabilities
The need. Young adults with disabilities often age out of support systems with nowhere stable to land. A steady home during those pivotal years can set the trajectory for decades.
Our model. Supportive transitional housing that helps young adults build routine, independence, and the skills and connections for lasting stability — at their own pace.
What must happen first. Launch Pad needs partners in disability services, appropriate housing, and committed funding. It follows once our veterans home is proven and sustainable.
Permanent Homes — lasting affordable housing
The need. Transitional housing only works if there's somewhere permanent to go. Across Arizona, affordable homes are scarce — and that scarcity is what sends people back into crisis.
Our model. A growing portfolio of affordable rental homes — including Section 8 housing — added as resources allow, so the people we serve have a durable place to land and stay.
What must happen first. This is a long-horizon commitment built property by property, through acquisition, partnership, and disciplined stewardship. It grows alongside everything above.
Build these doors with us
Funders, developers, and service partners: the fastest way to open the next door is to help us prove and fund the first one. Let's talk about what's possible in Arizona.
